The Conversation Project
On Sunday, October 21st from 10:00am – 12:00pm, at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta, Jewish Home Life Communities and Weinstein Hospice are ecstatic to host our next London AgeSmart Lecture, The Conversation Project. The Conversation Project is a public engagement initiative dedicated to helping people share the way they want to at the end of their lives. Jewish Home Life Communities and Weinstein Hospice are helping to bring this conversation to the kitchen table-not the intensive care unit-with the people we love, before it’s too late. It’s time to communicate about the kind of care we want and don’t want for ourselves. This program offers tools, guidance, and resources to begin talking with loved one about your wishes-and theirs. Join us and get the tools to make sure that your own wishes and those of your loved ones are expressed and respected. Click here to RSVP or for more information.
