Bereavement Support Group – Spring 2018
Our next Bereavement Support Group begins on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 10:30 am-12:00 pm. The group will meet every other Wednesday for 6 sessions; March 14, 28, April 11, 25, and May 9 and 23. Sessions will be held at the Weinstein Hospice offices, located on the campus of the William Breman Jewish Home, 3156 Howell Mill Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30327. NOTE: This will be a closed group and participants are expected to attend all sessions. Pre-registration is required as space is limited to 8 to 10 participants.

2 One Act Plays by Pearl Cleage – Hospice + Pointing at the Moon
On Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 6:30pm, Weinstein Hospice Director of Palliative Care Services and Community Outreach, Jenny Buckley, RN and Weinstein Hospice Bereavement Coordinator, Deanna Lawrence, will lead a pre-show discussion and Q&A on the concerns and misconceptions about end-of-life choices, palliative care and hospice. The Alliance Theatre is presenting two provocative one-act plays by Pearl Cleage, Hospice + Pointing at the Moon, at the Fulton County Southwest Arts Center. The dramas center on a dying woman and her daughter who is trying to understand her mother as she faces her imminent death. Annual Memorial Service
Weinstein Hospice will hold its Annual Memorial Service, honoring the lives of patients who have died during the past year on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 2:00- 3:00 PM in Srochi Hall at the William Breman Jewish Home (3150 Howell Mill Rd NW Atlanta GA 30327). Service will be led by Weinstein Hospice Chaplain, Cantor Donna Faye Marcus.
